Your Mentorship Includes:

• Private Voxer Chat Access: Have a question while you’re working with your horse? Send me a message. Through Voxer, you can share voice messages, texts, photos, and updates from the barn, and I can help you work through things as they come up. You don’t have to wait until our next scheduled session to ask a question or get my eyes on something you’re struggling with.

• Weekly Private Coaching: We meet one-on-one over Zoom each week to talk through where you are with your horse and decide what to focus on next. We can work through a specific problem, look at the bigger picture, or spend time figuring out why something isn’t clicking. You can also bring your phone and earbuds out to the barn and work with your horse while I watch, coach you through it, and help you make adjustments in real time.

• Weekly Video Coaching: Send me up to 15 minutes of video each week of you working with your horse, and I’ll give you a personal breakdown of what I see. I’ll point out the details you might be missing, help you understand what’s happening between you and your horse, and offer suggestions for what to change or try next. Sometimes a small adjustment in your timing, feel, or approach can make a world of difference. Having someone experienced watch your work can help you spot those details.

• Weekly Savvy Mastermind: Once a week, Mentorship students get together on Zoom to dig into horsemanship concepts, share experiences, and talk through the things that challenge us as horsemen. Each meeting has a specific topic to explore, with plenty of room for questions and discussion. You’ll get to hear how other students are approaching their horses, learn from their experiences, and bring new ideas back to your own work.

• Basics in Hand Course: Start strong with foundational groundwork training, designed to create a solid understanding between you and your horse. This course covers essential techniques for effective communication, in a way that horses understand, and paves the way for more advanced insights.

Horses range from being “Blank Canvases,” to having specific “baggage” that many horses deal with. These sessions offer unique insight into solving a broad range of behavioral “issues.” Many of the sessions are with untouched Mustangs, so we also don’t hide the “not so pretty” side of developing often extreme, and sometimes unsafe horses.

• Quick Wins: Access concise, targeted tips designed to swiftly enhance your horsemanship skills, or “handiness.” Each Quick Win focuses on crucial areas of horse care or training, ideal for immediate application and results.

• Monthly Challenges: Take part in exciting Monthly Challenges designed to test your skills and foster a competitive yet supportive environment. Each challenge is a chance to win unique rewards while demonstrating your progress and learning new techniques with your horse.
